This Boxing Day the Nelson Myatt team are braving the elements. Instead of chilling out in front of a roaring fire with a mince pie and a brandy they will be chilling their bones in the icy waters of the Irish sea.

Yes we may have lost the plot, but why not help us to make it worthwhile. Why not come along and have a laugh at our expense? If you could spare a little cash it might just inspire us to go a little deeper into the water.

We are raising funds this year to support patients and their families who receive care from St David's Hospice
