My Story

I'm taking part in the St David's Hospice Sahara Trek! Help me to reach my fundraising target by donating today!

I'll be trekking 100km on foot across the Sahara Desert with a great team, setting off for Morocco on 1st November 2025.

I'm taking on this adventure in loving memory of my sister Karen, who sadly passed away from breast cancer at the age of 50. Karen received exceptional care from the team at St. David's Hospice and when I turned 50 it really made me stop and reflect. So when I saw the Sahara Trek it felt like the perfect way to honour her and do something positive for the Hospice.

All fundraising will go to St David's Hospice who provide hospice care to adult patients and their families across Anglesey, Gwynedd and Conwy.

£10 will provide nutritious meals throughout the day for a patient
