Hospice Heroes are individuals or groups who take on a challenge to raise funds to support patients and their families who receive care from St David's Hospice. This could be conquering a marathon, taking to the skies for a skydive, braving the shave or anything that you consider a challenge. The Fundraising Team will support you every step of the way with your fundraising.
